PEPE BURGOS - SPAIN
As a teacher he has been a professor at the Don Benito Professional Music Conservatories and the Badajoz Higher Conservatory of Music. He is currently Professor of Music at the I.E.S. Four ways.
Pepe is playing the Forestone Alto RX GL together with the Carbon Fiber Neck.

ANJA NEDREMO - NORWAY
Anja Nedremo was born and grew up in Drammen, Norway. She started her musical studies under Claus Olesen and Johannes Thorell and holds a BA and MA in classical saxophone from The Royal Academy of Music Aarhus. She made her debut concert from the soloist class at the same academy in april 2018 - where she is now one of the saxophone teachers. Anja has also studied under Lars Mlekusch at the Conservatory of Vienna, and has a postgraduate qualification from Escola Superior de Música de Catalunya in Barcelona, were she studied under Nacho Gascón.
Anja has received a number of scholarships and grants, such as the Norwegian Ticon Prize (2013) and the Danish Léonie Sonning music scholarship (2015) and Aennchen and Eigil Harbys Fond (2017). As a soloist, she has won competitions at home and abroad, and was the winner of the soloist competition at The Royal Academy of Music Aarhus/Aalborg, leading her to give two concerts with the Danish Sinfonietta and Aalborg Symphony Orchestra. She has on-going collaboration with composers in Scandinavia, Europe and worldwide.

JUNYA KOIZUMI - JAPAN
Junya Koizumi graduated from Senzoku Gakuen College of Music. In March 2015, made a major debut from Nippon Columbia as Lowland Jazz. Since 2015, Koizumi has performed with the Takarazuka Revue Orchestra, Lowland Jazz as well as live performances and recordings across various genres such as enka, classical and jazz.
Koizumi is using the RX Red Brass Alto Saxophone, due to it its “flexibility” and his trust of its “pitch and tone”.

ADAM SIMMONS - AUSTRALIA
Adam Simmons is a composer, multi-instrumentalist and educator, involved across many different scenes within Melbourne and beyond, performing contemporary jazz, punk, afro-beat, new music, traditional Japanese honkyo-ku, funk and free noise/improv.
Adam regularly performs internationally and has worked with artists from USA, Poland, France, Germany, UK, Italy, Netherlands, Greece and New Caledonia. His ensembles include Origami and the renowned Adam Simmons Toy Band.
Adam is currently teaching shakuhachi at University of Melbourne. He has curated various events including Festival of Slow Music, 100:25:1 (a series of one hundred duets), Wangaratta Festival of Jazz & Blues (2017-18) and The Usefulness of Art.

DANTE’ - USA/JAPAN
Dante has spent most of his professional life in Los Angeles and has worked with numerous highly regarded artists and producers, including J. Cole, Eddie Griffin, Amarie, Tatyana Ali, Lupe Fiasco, Ron Neff-U Femster, Warryn Campbell, 1500 or Nothin, and Musician’s Ego. He played on J. Cole’s recording “Rise and Shine,” performed with Sanjay on “American Idol” and was featured on comedian Eddie Griffin’s VH-1 reality show “Going for Broke.”

TAKUYA “DOM” KAWAKAMI - JAPAN
Takuya “DOM” Kawakami graduated from Soai University, majoring in contemporary music and classical music. He started professional activities while attending school, and since graduation he has mainly worked in the Kansai area playing jazz, funk, pop and classic styles.
In 2010 he formed FREE FLIGHT BRASS BAND, a New Orleans Style Brass Band with a unique Kansai flavour.
Since 2013, he has occasionally traveled to the United States and trans-Continental New Orleans, New York, Chicago, Memphis, etc., and has developed a personal style informed by digging into the roots of Afro-American music through direct experience of playing with local musicians there.

EIJI OTOGAWA - JAPAN
Eiji Otogawa attended Berklee College of Music in 1984 with a scholarship.
In 1990, he returned to Japan for live performances, concert tours, and studio works in the suburbs of Tokyo.
Otogawa returned to New York between 1994 and 1996, working with artists including Aaron Scott, Gene Lake, Phil Markowitz and others.
Returning again to Japan in 1996, Otogawa has worked with Takeo Moriyama Quartet, Yoshihiko Katori Jazz Orchestra, Tachihii Iwase & Kenichiro Niizawa Group (Glidephonic, Quiet Leaves), Junky Funk, Nerbio, BO-JO and others
Since 2001, his quartet activities have been in full swing, including the 2003 release of his album, “Existence-New & Old Wonder”.

MAI SOMEYA - JAPAN
A graduate of Senzoku Gakuen College of Music graduate, Mai Someya has received the Maeda Memorial Scholarship, won the 12th Osaka International Music Competition Ensemble category Espoir Award and received the 26th Ichikawa New Artist Competition Excellence Award.
In May 2015, Mai joined the street jazz sax ensemble “HIBI★Chazz-K”.
In July 2016, HIBI★Chazz-K and Mai Someya Classic Saxophone Quartet released a two-disc album "Jazz☆Chazz☆Classic". He has also performed with many famous jazz musicians.
Currently, Mai performs across a variety of genres as well as directing brass band clubs and giving personal lessons.

NACHO GASCÓN

Nacho Gascón is the saxophone teacher at Barcelona's "Esmuc" school. He enjoys a great career as concert soloist, pedagogue and featured saxophonist in many different orchestras. Currently he is the co-founder and artistic director of the Andorra Sax Fest Saxophone competition.
